Our Story
From our custom woodworking beginnings more than 32 years ago, Metke Remodeling & Luxury Homes has grown into an award-winning design-build remodeling and custom home firm. But we never lost sight of the ultimate goal: giving our clients the very best of ourselves.
Throughout the entire process, from the initial conversation to the final walkthrough, we keep the lines of communication open and provide complete transparency of our processes. We hire the best crewmembers, select the best vendors, and work with the best partners to give out clients the best results.
Metke’s custom remodeling and home renovation projects are renowned for the quality craftsmanship, outstanding service, and long-lasting relationships that often transcend the project. Jeff personally oversees each project and works closely with the project manager, who is responsible for the successful completion of your remodeling project, from initial mobilization through final warranty. Daily communication, on-site management, an eye focused on the details as well as respect for your remodeling experience help us continually exceed your expectations.
Meet the Team
Woodworking and remodeling have been a way of life for our founder and president, Jeff Metke. Since receiving his first hammer at the age of three and putting himself through college by building furniture and cabinets, Jeff has turned a one-man business into a company with 22 employees.
Teresa Metke spent much of her professional life in Management and Design, her love of the aesthetic led her to earn a degree in interior design. Teresa eventually made the jump to her husband’s company, bringing with her extensive knowledge to establish the design arm of the Design-Build process. She has been instrumental in creating processes and building the Metke brand.
Together, they’ve built an experienced, talented, and knowledgeable team. As a fully-realized design-build organization, you’ll see the dedication to our clients and each other shine through in each and every one of our projects. From our designers to our project managers to our carpenters and accountants, we all come together to turn dreams into reality.

We’re able to do this because of the incredible teamwork we’ve fostered at Metke with our clients, workers, partners, and vendors.
