Our Process
The Design-Build Process
Initial Conversation
Great remodels start long before construction. They start with the right partnership. This first conversation is how we find out if we’re the right match.
Remodeling is a relationship. The best projects are the ones where there’s trust, alignment, and open communication from the start. So before we talk details, we take time to get to know each other.
We’ll learn about how you live in your home, what’s working, what isn’t, and what you’re hoping to create. Whether you have a detailed vision or just a starting point, this is where we explore what’s possible together.

Final Design & Project Prep
After aligning on the preliminary design, we move forward into the final design and begin confirming every detail of your project.
